Services: We provide landscaping and hardscape services as described in estimates or invoices approved by the customer.

Scheduling & Access: Customer agrees to provide property access and notify us of hazards, pets, gates, or irrigation systems.

Pricing & Payment: Prices are as quoted. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion. Late balances may incur fees permitted by law.

Warranties & Limitations: Workmanship warranties, if any, will be stated on your estimate. We are not liable for pre‑existing conditions, hidden utilities, or damages caused by factors outside our control (weather events, misuse, third parties). To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
